This workshop brings together the community around advanced laser sources — from ultrafast and high-power systems to novel emitters and beam-shaping technologies — and their role in modern photonics, spectroscopy and materials research. It highlights recent progress and applications relevant to Ukrainian and international research.

Submission
Contributions to the workshop should be made via the general SPO 2026 submission form. All laser-related research will be allocated to the workshop sessions by the Program Committee.
Participants will explore the latest developments in laser source technologies — ultrafast and high-power lasers, novel gain media and emitters, frequency conversion and beam shaping. Sessions foster discussion on applications across spectroscopy, sensing and materials research, and on building capabilities within Ukrainian science.
