This workshop focuses on laser processing and laser–matter interaction for advanced optoelectronic materials and devices — precise patterning, thin-film modification and energy-efficient fabrication — with emphasis on applications relevant to Ukrainian research institutions. Supported by the National Research Foundation of Ukraine (NFDU).

SuBMITION

Contributions to the workshop should be made via the general SPO 2026 submission form. All laser-related research will be allocated to the workshop sessions by the Program Committee.

Participants will explore state-of-the-art laser processing techniques for creating and improving optoelectronic materials and devices — ultrafast laser patterning, thin-film modification, laser annealing and additive fabrication — with attention to metrology and sustainable scale-up.
